The best LED wall is not automatically the biggest one. Screen width, height, pixel pitch and position should be selected around the room, audience sightlines, ceiling height, stage proportions and the content you want to show. We start with those practical details and build the solution around them. That could mean a compact high-resolution wall for a leadership meeting, a super-wide branded backdrop for an awards ceremony or a much larger multi-screen system for an arena production.

LED provides a bright, seamless image without a projection beam, making it particularly effective in venues with ambient light or where the screen is a major part of the stage design. It can display presentations, video, sponsor content, live camera feeds, animated backdrops, timers, social content and branded holding slides. Because the screen is modular, it can also be configured in proportions that suit the event rather than forcing your content into a conventional projector format.

For conferences, AGMs, awards and corporate events, the screen has two jobs: it has to look impressive in the room and make information easy to read. We can advise on pixel pitch and viewing distance, screen ratio, stage height and content layout so presentations remain clear from the front row to the back of the room. Where cameras are being used, we also consider refresh rate, brightness and how the screen will reproduce on camera.

This lets us combine presentations, cameras, videos and graphics across one or more screens, manage unusual screen canvases and make transitions feel deliberate rather than improvised.

For larger productions, we can also work with rigging partners, venue teams and other departments during pre-production. Content can be checked before doors open, playback paths can be tested and the final screen can be calibrated for the room.
